The hotel was stunning, very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. We got a great deal on-line but would have paid much more - it was worth it.

The staff here were friendly and the room was well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and toiletries, though the bathroom could have been cleaner.

staff is friendly, the room and the bathrom are clean
thge prices are way too expensive, in addition to a very expensive price for the room I had to pay 35 EUR for the parking for one night and additional 30 EUR for the breakfast! Come on, 30 EUR for bread, butter and marmalade. And they charge the wifi internet 10 EUR per hour. This is too much.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. the hotel reception was stylishly decorated and made me feel at home. the location is good, with many typical Belgian brasseries and a nice market on Sunday mornings.
Felt very happy, nothing to complain about.

It has unbeatable and nice location to see Parlamentarium Museum. It's set in a pedestrian area. Overall the room is high-class, airy and includes a minibar and very fast internet...

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were modern. The staff was really good and very welcoming and check in was quick. My room was reasonably spacious and silent, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast served was very good, everything you could wish for, with the right amount at high quality, a yoghurt plus fresh omeletts. The location was favourable and fab, right next to Or Coffee. Tbh, had a REALLY NICE stay at christmas time.
There was pool missing.

Recently stayed at Sofitel in Brussels for a weekend getaway. The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by charming Belgian brasseries, a delightful market, and close to parks and museums. The staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Brussels.

Fantastic room with excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed. Whilst not central in Brussels this Sofitel is perfectly located for our needs.
Free Wi-Fi should be provided given the cost of the rooms. Breakfast is too expensive - you can pay a third of the price on Place Jourdan just outside the hotel.
